Emmie is my chocolate lab. I got her from Mile High Labrador Retriever Mission when she was four months old. She’s turned into an awesome dog! We took her to obedience training when she was young and she earned her canine good citizen award.
Emmie helps keep me fit by demanding that I walk her everyday. She does fairly well at healing now but I still have to remind her at times. She also likes to come down to my home gym when I’m working out because she wants me to play with her. See my article on exercising with a dog.
