I don't have time to cook

While it’s true that many of us don’t have a lot of extra time, we should take the time to eat a healthy vegan diet. Our future health depends on it. There are many great recipes on the FitVegan.Life blog that are very quick and easy to make. The number one thing you can do if time is an issue is to plan your meals a week in advance, place a grocery order for pickup and then spend an hour or two on Saturday or Sunday meal prepping for the week. This really makes a difference for me and helps to keep me on track for eating a healthy vegan diet that consists primarily of plant based whole foods.

I don't know how to cook

There are so many great vegan cooking YouTube videos that it’s really easy to learn how to cook healthy vegan meals. You can find FitVegan.Life blog posts where I review many of my favorite vegan YouTube vegan cooking channels. One of my absolute favorites is Simnett Nutrition.
