Jump rope

Have you jumped rope since you were a kid? It's time to start.

A really great inexpensive piece of exercise equipment I like to use is a jump rope. I can use it on my driveway, when traveling and really just about anywhere. Jumping rope will really get your heart rate up and help you to burn some calories. It’s a great cardiovascular exercises. If you don’t already have one, I’d recommend that you get one and give it a try. If you haven’t jumped rope since you were a kid, it takes a little practice but it’s worth the effort.
