My Favorite After Workout Protein Shake

I like to experiment by mixing different flavors of vegan protein powder, this is my favorite.

I like to mix protein flavors to create unique after workout protein shakes. My favorite is to mix¬† chocolate fudge brownie with coconut (both heavy flavor mix from True Nutrition) with some PB Fit. I often mix one pea protein and one soy protein such as chocolate pea and coconut soy. It’s like having a protein packed candy bar in liquid form! Give it a try and let me know what you think.
