One of my favorite healthy snacks is tofu jerky. It’s easy to make and I always make two blocks of tofu so I have enough to snack on for a few days.

I do make a couple of modifications to this recipe:
Add a teaspoon or more of Franks Red Hot powder
Grind fresh pepper on each side after brushing with sauce
Bake at 220 degrees
